奇怪你既然明白 has been sworn in as ... ，应该不难理解 took the oath of office——就是“宣誓就职”的意思。而如果单说 take office 则表示“就职”。 pro 赞成 （pro and con, the pros and cons），pro-North Korean comments 对北韩持赞成态度的评论 Justice Ministry 司法部长 ——以上仅供参考 soso
