It should be a joyous occasion for the family but turned out to be unpleasant due to poor service and unforeseen circumstances. The unacceptable service marred the whole occasion, making me feel sorry for friends too, who had come to accept inferior food and service.My family saw your restaurant’s advertisement in the newspapers—“Offering the best Chinese restaurant in town “. However, the unappetizing food and some incidents made it disappointing. Where is your restaurants  “good quality “and  “the best in town “? How ironic!Just as we sat down, a clumsy waiter carried a huge bottle of coke over. He opened the bottle of coke over. He opened the bottle and started to pour into the cups, always spilling some onto. He quickly took the tissue which was supposed to be used to clean our hands to clean the mess. How thoughtful! Looking at my cup of coke, it was so diluted that it was almost “half-transparent”, worse than plain water. We asked for Chinese tea but was blatantly turned by a waiter, giving an explanation that there was no Chinese tea. How could a Chinese restaurant no have Chinese tea? In the end, we had to ask for plain water, and we really got plain water as our drink!$800 dollars per table for a 10 course dinner. We had three tables but all we got was substandard food and carried home a dampened mood. Abalone hard like rock, shark fin so watery that I doubt that if it was really shark fin, vegetables even had holes in the leaves and the fish had such a pungent smell that nobody wanted to eat! We only had chicken, which was not fresh too, braised dofu, prawns and the suckling pig were the only dishes “consumable”. My little nephew  did not even want to eat a single thing at your restaurant no matter how we hoaxed him. Finally, we resorted to buying a set of McDonalds meal after quickly clearing the food up.I would like to request for good explanation for my family and for your restaurant. A compensation for my wasted $2400 should be given, mainly to clear your conscience.Yours SincerelyFeng Cheng Cheng
