Under Notice 是接到解雇的通知， 前面加not，我想是不通知立即解雇的意思吧

it is just a item of the work experience,what i can do is to select it or not ,no other explaination about it on that website.

what i confused is whether it means has been fired before or has terminated from the company...

maybe it means "must notice it".i am not sure
