<FONT face=Arial color=#840084> Leslie Simpson, 75, from Harrogate, North Yorks, said: "His school couldn't believe how detailed and skilled his drawings were. I think it must be in the genes. </FONT><br>
<FONT face=Arial color=#840084> "Edward really is a natural. He has an eye for art. It's something that you can't teach at such an early age, but Edward just knows what to do instinctively." </FONT><br>
<FONT face=Arial color=#840084> Mr Simpson added: "It was a real achievement for him to be accepted in the British Watercolour Society's exhibition and he has set a bit of a precedent being the youngest ever. We are extremely proud of him." </FONT><br>
<FONT face=Arial color=#840084> Keith Peters, who bought Dog as a Christmas present for his daughter, said: "We felt very honoured to buy one of Edward's paintings." </FONT><br>
<FONT face=Arial color=#840084> The three generations of Simpsons have a joint exhibition of their work in February at Harrogate Theatre.</FONT>
