You should want to ask the difference between "come up with" & "put forward". I think they mean the same. "提出". |

如果都作为“提出...”来解的话，那么come up一般用于被动，意为“被提出，被讨论”，而put forward用于主动。另come up还有个“走向前来”的意思，而 put forward 也有“把...向前拨”的意思。你提的问题有点含糊，让人不好回答。 for instance: he put forward a very good suggestion at the meeting. a number of questions came up at the meeting. |
