In ancient times, a king and a boulder placed on a roadway .Then he did himself and watched to see if anyone would remove the huge rock.
Some of the king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simplywalked around it .Many loudly blamed the king for not keeping the roads clear, but none did anything about getting the big stone out of the way.
Then a peasant came along carrying a load of vegetables .On approaching the boulder ,the peasant laid downhis burden adn tried to move the stone tothe side of the road .After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded.
As the peasant picked up his load of vegetables ,he noticed a purse lying on the road where the boulder had been .Thepurse contained many gold coins and a note from the king indicating that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway.
The peasant learned whatmany others never understand .
Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve one's condition.
古时候，有一位国王命人将一块大古头放在路中间。然后他藏了起来，暗中观察是否有人会将巨石移走。
国王身边几个最富有的商人和朝巨路过此地，他们都直接绕着石头走了过去。其中很多人大声抱怨国王没有保持道路畅通，却没有任何人尝试将石头移开。
不久，一位农民挑着蔬菜经过。走近巨石后，农民放下担子，试着把石头移到路边。几经周折，农民又推又拉，终于成功了。
当农民挑起蔬菜时，他发现刚才大石压着的地方有一个钱袋，里面装了许多金币和一张纸条。纸条上是国王的留言，说将大石从路中央移走的人可以获得这些金子。
农民学到了许多人不曾懂得的东西。
