目前，流浪儿的数目日渐增加，尤其是残疾的流浪儿和乞丐已成为社会的一个严峻话题。流浪儿始终是受害者。当你看到年仅几岁，本来应该好好享受儿童时光的流浪儿跪在你面前讨乞的时候，你会伸出援助之手吗？

路人甲说：“那些残疾的流浪儿太可怜了，我们这些健全的人，能帮就帮吧。否则，他们回去又要挨打了。”

路人乙说：“流浪儿是可怜，可是，如果我们给他钱，能真正用在他们身上吗？我宁可买点吃的给他们填填肚子。”

路人丙说：“流浪儿？我都看得麻木了，我们给他们的钱，早就被他们的集团首脑吞光了。我每次在街上遇到他们都视而不见的。”

Honestly, everyone will feel sad when see them and everyone wants to help them .But ,as everybody knows ,it is complicated. Most of them were controlled by bad guys .we don't know how to basically help them .However ,government can .

i do sympathize with them, but, i, somtimes, take a blind eye to them as i have my business to handle. how could i help them when i couldnt finish my work and im really in need of help, not less giving them financial assistance.

I think everybody of kind will help them formerly,but now we did not know how to help them,How can we do???give some money or some food can not really help them.they are very very poor,I think Lana is right,goverment can.

简简单单给钱是解决不了问题的，当我看到穷人越穷富人越富时，我想我们只能通过教育的方式来改变，可很高的入学门槛，和高昂的学费令我们望而却步。希望能有一个教育机构专门从事解决这方面的问题。Say goo luck to them, hope God bless them!
