1、Have trouble doing sth.=have a hard time doing sth.=have a hard time on sth.做某事有困难，如I have a hard time sleeping我失眠；

2、My back（其他部位）hurts我背痛=I got a pain in my back/neck etc.我背痛；

举栗子：
