词根精讲

词根scrib来源于拉丁文scribere一词，表示“书写（to wirte）”之意。单词script是在词根scrib的基础上演变而来，体现了b和p的辅音转换规则，然后加上了强辅音t以便为连接后缀做准备。单词manuscript是由词根manu(man表示手)加上script(书写的东西)构成，表示“手稿；原稿”之意。另外，我们在写信的时候如果忘记说了一些重要的事情，就会在信的末尾加上P.S.的字样，其实就是postscript的缩写形式。前缀post表示“在后面”，那么postscript就是写在信件后面的话。
