01、“减肥”英文怎么说？最常用的可以说：lose weight,
例句：
Low-fat diets are not the best way to lose weight.
低脂肪饮食并不是最好的减肥方式。
如果是节食"减肥"可以说：on a diet
例句：
Don't seduce me with pizza！
I'm on a diet！
别拿披萨诱惑我！
我在减肥！
还可以说：slim down，
也就是：变苗条点儿
例句：
I should slim down.

02、常见的减肥方法比较常见的减肥方法，
无外乎两个“管住嘴，迈开腿”，
在饮食上：

如果是go on a crash diet，
