2024年7月15日至18日，中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第三次全体会议在北京举行。全会审议通过了《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》。中国外文局所属当代中国与世界研究院、中国翻译研究院围绕进一步全面深化改革的总目标与《决定》提出的改革任务，参照中央媒体及机构发布的中英文内容，形成二十届三中全会《决定》汉英对照要点摘编，供业界及相关人员参考使用。
一、进一步全面深化改革的总目标
继续完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度，推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。到二〇三五年，全面建成高水平社会主义市场经济体制，中国特色社会主义制度更加完善，基本实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，基本实现社会主义现代化，为到本世纪中叶全面建成社会主义现代化强国奠定坚实基础。
We will continue to improve and develop the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and modernize China’s system and capacity for governance. By 2035, we will have finished building a high-standard socialist market economy in all respects, further improved the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, generally modernized our system and capacity for governance, and basically realized socialist modernization. All of this will lay a solid foundation for building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects by the middle of this century.
