The time i went to bed is just the same as u, david, but i realized that even u wake up late the next morning, u still feel tired and not in a good state, hence, it's good for our health to sleep earlier. The time we fell asleep is the moment our body begin to recover cells, therefore, it's very important for us to have a good sleep, our muscle can relax , our brain secrete hormone stimulating principle metabolism. For many reasons, nowadays we have too much pressure leading to poor sleep quality, take for example, the fierce competition of community and the inflation we are suffering. Some habits also will have nagative affection on sleeping, for instance, smoking before go to bed, drink strong tea, have energetic exercise etc. These bad habits should shuck off.Anyhow, have high quality sleeping is by no means an easy thing, we should have the awareness in mind. |
