近日富士康再现“跳楼门”，人们在惋惜这些早逝的青春之余，也更关注职场压力。适当的压力能够激发潜能，使人进步，但过度的压力就很可能危害身心。



Recently another employee from Foxcoon has “Jumping from Building” again, people express their sympathy for the vanishing youth, and focus their attention to work stress. Appropriate stress will stimulate the potential ability and lead to progress; while the excessive stress may pose threat to body and mind.

the salary level is too low in our nation

Of course not!!!

When you jumped from the top of building.you just over your life,what about resolve heavy stress.A man's life is precious,if you really want to jumpping for resolve heavy stress,Go bungee jumping!Think about your family,what should they do when you jumped down.

In fact,I don't belive the reason of they jumping from the top of building is resolve heavy.If have somebody,I think just a little.

Everybody must have learned the sequential accidents with extremely astonishment .Except having expressed their tremendous sympathy，people also have kept their eyes on a lot，work press，life value，salary justice ，and the reactions of the company concerned，and so on.No doubt，life is the most valueblewhile comparing with others.But why these youths rather giving up their treasurable lives than striving for their rights？Don't they wanna have a nice job and enjoy their flower like youths?We can get the clear answer from the information showed through nespapers and relative medias.The unjusted treatment,undurable pressure comes from work,bad conditions,what is worse,some of their poor families..Largely speaking,this is the social issue,it is the responsibility should be taken by government,relative companies and executives who is in charge of concerned policy.

As we have known that in Hondaworker's salary has been increased to 25 percent with continuing strikes while in Foxcoon it has been increased to 30 percent after these jumping accidents！Why ？The only this price should be replaced by blood ？body？or something even horrible？If some preventing practice be taken punctually,and if employees' justice have been done ,and if their logical rights could be taken seriously ,and...to some degree ,some accidents probably be avoided.

It is disputableto say whether the action like jumping from the bulding right or not.This is the exact warning to our society,our government, many comapanies .How to solve this problem，how to take some precautions to avoid the same misery，it is really a question to be answered by our government.For the youths，thinking second before ur action ，life is so precious that nothing can be replaced，it is a great grief to ur parents and ur relatives if ur life vanishing，to ur company， it is nothing...

I read in the newspaper, an engineer, because the long-term jobs, it is sudden death. The workers all the time invested in work. They work long, to bring their mental health had a negative impact. Foxcoon overtime is frequent overtime per month is far more than 36 hours, I gather that this is the corporate culture related , the state should enact legislation to restrain.
