I haven't been able to sleep well recently, but that is because, as you mentioned, I've got something on my mind.But in reality, as I age, I find myself sleeping less now.

I would say that in general, I still sleep well enough to get me through a busy day.

I always get my daughter to bed and go to bed at 10 pm and wake up 6:45 am. If there are news of exciting and bad ,I will not carm down in my mind ,so I will watch TV until I feel drowsy .

I always go to bed at 9:00 p.m. and get up at 7:00 a.m. when the schooldays. Butiftomorrow is holiday, I will go to bed at 10:00 p.m. and get up at 10:00 a.m. . When I go to bed , I don't know why I need to wait maybe 1 hour to fall asleep.
