Jay: Yes, I use public transportation everyday, even on my days off from work.

Geoff: When you moved to Shanghai, how many subway lines were running?

Jay: When I moved here, subway lines 1 & 2 were running. At that time both lines were not even complete.

Geoff: Do you find the congestion (n.拥挤) on the subways unbearable?

Jay: I'm lucky that I do not have to use the subway lines during rush hour (n.高峰时间)traffic.

Geoff: How about the public buses, have you ever ridden on them?
杰夫:那么公交车呢?你有乘过吗?
Jay: Like with the subways, I use the buses often. I have also taken the buses outside of Shanghai.
杰伊:就像地铁一样,我也常常乘公交车。我也在上海之外乘公交车。
Geoff: Really, where have you ridden the buses too?
杰夫:真的,你在哪里还乘公交车?
Jay: I have used buses going both to and from ZheJiang & JiangSu provinces.
