　　The actress may be leaving the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Centre as early as tomorrow, according to reports. 　　Judge Elden Fox is expected to make a ruling tomorrow afternoon where he is likely to make a new rehab order, shortening Lohan's court-ordered stay in treatment, according to TMZ. 　　However, U.S. website RadarOnline go one step further, reporting that Lohan has already signed rehab release papers, and could be leaving today. 　　According to RadarOnline everything is set for her release, including a three-car decoy to get her out of UCLA and away from the media.

　　Apparently doctors treating the Mean Girls star believe that the 90-day stay ordered by the previous judge in the case, Marsha Revel, was excessive and are recommending an early release. 　　A surprise appearance in court today by Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, added to the speculation. 　　However, there is no indication as to what she discussed in the judge's chambers. 　　Lohan, 24, was jailed on July 20 for violating probation on a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. 　　She served just 13 days of her sentence due to overcrowding. 　　She was then taken to the rehab facility, located in the Westwood area of Los Angeles on August 3. 　　Lohan has a small role in the film Machete, released in the U.S. next month.
