报道中说，家住北京宣武区的田满素摇号分到了一套经济适用房。她说：“我特别高兴成为第一批受益人！” 田满素告诉记者，结婚20年了，她和丈夫、儿子以及公婆一家五口一直住在公婆的一套20多平方米的房子里，已经住了20年。

这里，“affordable house”就是“经济适用房”；廉租房可以说“low-rent house”。
