But when undoubtedly knowing the love from bot .Yet cannot be together

The furthest distance in the world is not being apart while being in love

而是明明无法抵挡这股想念，却还得故意装作丝毫没有把你放在心里

But when plainly can not resist the yearning .Yet pretending

You have never been in my heart

而是用自己冷漠的心对爱你的人掘了一条无法跨越的沟渠

But using one’s indifferent heart to dig an uncrossable river for the one who loves you　

（据传本诗是印度著名诗人泰戈尔的诗，但有些网友提出异议）

这首诗在网上一直流传说是 泰戈尔 写的，

但他的所有诗集中就没有这首诗,而且这首诗的风格也与泰戈尔不符；

又有流传是张小娴在《湖边有颗许愿树》的最后写的话.具体是谁 无从考究了

但是不知道谁开始犯了一个错误，于是大家以讹传讹,就弄成是泰戈儿写的啦```

传闻是《飞鸟集》里面的一首诗 我曾特意找来看 的确没有。

这篇还满全的 我从来没有看过最后一句：

用自己冷漠的心对爱你的人掘了一条无法跨越的沟渠

using one’s indifferent heart to dig an uncrossable river for the one who loves you
