语的翻译练习，以便能掌握一些科技英语的特点，学到一些科技英语翻译的技巧，同时学会一些科技英语

screen,in fact,moves at all.

2.The substance which gives up hydrogen is said to be oxidized and the one which

accepts the hydrogen is said to be reduced.

3.　As the speed is constant ,when the frequency is increased,the wave length will

1、当我们看电影时，我们经常忘记屏幕上根本没有任何东西这个事实。

2、放出氢的物质被氧化，接受氢的物质被还原。

3、当速度恒定时，频率增大，则波长减小。

1.Overloading a small boat can be dangerous,because if the boat sinks too deeply

into the water,water may enter the boat over the sides.

提示：can 表示必然性，没有“能够”的意思；Overloading　超载

2.When the next rocket fires,its efficiency becomes greater because it does not

have to push the dead weight of the spent carrier stage.

　　

提示：过去分词spent 为定语，修饰术语carrier stage(运载火箭级)



3.The hologram serves as a window through which the object can be viewed from

different elevations and angles,asthough the object were still present.

提示：hologram　全息照片　asthough 后面常用虚拟语气，所以这里用were.
