when we do some dangerous acticities,we should take care of ourself,in that way ,we can enjoy ourselves.

But some people are so confident that they are very careless. For example, my stomach is not very well. So I always pay a lot of attention to it. I don't eat spicy food and icy drinks, which help protect it. But for many people who have no problems with their stomach, they either eat too much spicy, cold things or even drink a lot alcohol. Until someday, they find their stomaches have turned very sick.
