neither...nor...（both...and...)连接两个主语时，变成反意疑问句时，附加部分的主语常用复数

e.g: neither you nor i am wrong,are we?

both you and he are students,are you?

陈述部分由neither… nor, either… or 连接的并列主语时，疑问部分根据其实际逻辑意义而定。
