Do you know “At one's leisure”? It's the same meaning as “in one's spare time” or “in one's free time”. Here are two sample sentences:
A. What do you do at your leisure? (Alternative: What do you do in your spare time?)
B. He's a rich man. He often plays Golf at a fancy Golf course at his leisure. (Alternative: He often plays Golf at a fancy Golf course in his free time.)
