Fairy tale and Folk tale.

Fairy tale is “童话故事” and folk tale is “民间故事”.

Folk tales include fairy tales and other stories like legend or myth. Legend is “传奇” and myth is “神话”. They are similar but still different. A legend is based on a true story while myth is usually written by fiction.

I like reading stories,whichever it is!
