Walking is a great way to invigorate mind and body, and all that healthiness may be associated with a

longer life as well. In a study of adults over 65, those who walked faster were 90% likelier to live at least 10 more years than those who walked at a pokier pace. Walking speed may be an indicator for how well

the heart, lungs, joints and muscles are functioning.
