Steak meal

When you eat out at a western food restaurant. You may order a steak as your entree（主菜）. Do you know how to order it? Now here are some commonly used words that you must know:

1. Rare（生的）

2. Medium rare（三分熟）

3. Medium（五分熟）

4. Medium well（七分熟）

5. Well done （全熟）

If the steak you get is undercooked (未做熟的)，you may send it back to the kitchen for grilling a bit more time. But please notice that normally a well done steak will be a challenge to your teeth. Hehe…
