While your egg is boiling, gather your materials. You will need a rectangular piece of cardboard, which can be cut off of an old milk container, a stick, and two rubber bands。



STEP1

　　在煮鸡蛋时，收拾好你的材料。你可以从一个用完的牛奶盒中切下一张长方形硬纸板，然后你还需要一根筷子和两条橡皮筋。

　　Once the egg is cooked, let it sit for two minutes to cool. Then peel the egg。



STEP2

　　鸡蛋煮好后，放置两分钟冷却，然后就可以剥鸡蛋啦。

　　Fold the piece of cardboard in half. Place your egg in the center of the cardboard and then put the stick on top of the egg。



STEP3

　　把硬纸片对半折，把你的鸡蛋放在中央，然后拿筷子放在鸡蛋上。

　　Put a rubber band around each end of the cardboard, securing the stick and egg in place. Note: the egg must be warm。



STEP4

　　在硬纸片的两端分别绑上一根橡皮筋，来固定筷子和鸡蛋。提醒一下，这时鸡蛋一定要温热的哦。

　　Refrigerate your egg for one hour. After an hour, you can remove the cardboard to reveal your heart-shaped egg!



STEP5

把鸡蛋冰冻一小时。之后你就能拿走硬纸板，新鲜心形鸡蛋出炉！
