中国婚姻家庭研究会和珍爱网近日发布了《中国幸福婚姻家庭调查报告》。报告显示，我国平均结婚年龄有下降趋势，80后婚前同居的比例已将近6成。

"Premarital cohabitation has become more commonly accepted among the younger generation, which is a trend with the society's development," said Tong Xin, professor of sociology at Peking University.

"Premarital cohabitation is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it is a way to understand the live-in partner before marriage. On the other hand, in a male-dominated society, it may hurt women if the relationship breaks down," said Tong Xin.

北京大学社会学教授佟新表示，“年轻一代接受婚前同居的现象已更普遍，这也是社会发展的一个趋势。”

佟新指出，“婚前同居是把双刃剑，一方面这可以使男女双方在婚前加深彼此的了解，但另一方面在这个男性主导的社会中，如果双方关系破裂，女性会受到伤害。”
