TAIPEI - More than one-fifth of female Taiwanese office workers have no desire to have children, with the financial burden of having a child named as their biggest concern, a survey released Monday ahead of Mother's Day by Taiwan's 1111 Job Bank indicated.

台北消息，周一，据台湾1111人力银行在母亲节前发布的调查显示，超过五分之一的台湾职场女性不想生育，生孩子面临的经济负担是她们最担心的问题。

台湾1111人力银行（Job Bank）对874名女性上班族（female office workers）进行了调查，调查显示，高达22%的受访者不想生育（had no desire to have children），主要原因依次为“经济压力”（economic pressure）“期望保持生活品质（life quality）”和“政策与制度不明”（unclear policy support）。

另外，在78%有意生育（have children）的受访者当中，超过61%希望有2个小孩，29%只想生1个小孩。15%的受访者延后生育计划（postponed pregnancy），原因有健康问题（health concerns）、财政问题（financial problems）以及“没人帮带小孩”（a lack of child support）。

统计资料显示，2017年台湾员工扣除物价涨幅后的实质平均月薪（average monthly personal income in real terms）为新台币46422元，不及16年前新台币46605元的水准。经济压力较高（high economic pressure）、对未来信心不足（lack of confidence in the future）以及女性自主意识逐渐抬头（the rise of women's rights），都让女性上班族不再受限于传统生育规划框架。

该调查也显示，在有生育计划的女性上班族中，31%选择“做全职妈妈”（full-time mothers），37%选择“请育婴假，三年内回到原职场（return to work within three years）”，32%选择“产后立刻回到工作岗位（go back to work）”。
