hard/hardly
Hard与hardly不是形容词与副词的关系，它们是两个完全不同的词。形容词hard的副词为hard。如：
I have to study hard.我得努力学习。
We thought long and hard before deciding to move house.我们经过长久慎重的考虑之后才决定搬家。
Hardly意为“几乎不；几乎没有”，为半否定性副词。如：
We had hardly sat down to supper when the phone rang.我们刚坐下用晚餐，电话就响了。
It’s hardly the time to discuss it now.现在还不是讨论它的时候。
