他们共演唱500余首歌曲，几乎都是自己做词作曲。在全世界各地开过许多演唱会。主唱妹妹卡伦卡朋特（1950---1983），伴唱，演奏：理查德卡朋特（1946---）他们的成名曲之一，另一首则是yesterday once more(昨日重现）。这两首歌受到很多明星的称赞。除此之外，还有许多经典的歌曲：Jambalaya、top of the world等等。可惜年轻的卡伦过早的因为神经性厌食症离世于1983年2月4日，年仅33岁，卡朋特兄妹从此解散，也是一大遗憾……
