东京奥运可能闭门举行？

Tokyo 2020 spokesman Masa Takaya on Tuesday didnot rule out the possibility of hosting the postponedOlympic Games behind closed doors while insistingthat nobody wants to see the Games withoutspectators.

2020年东京奥运会发言人高谷正哲8月4日表示，没有人希望观看没有观众的奥运会，但他并不排除奥运会闭门举办的可能性，目前东京奥运会已推迟举行。

Japan's JIJI Press last week quoted an unnamedLiberal Democratic Party (LDP) executive, who is "close" to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe,as saying that the Games "should definitely take place, even without spectators."

上周，日本时事通信社援引一位与日本首相安倍晋三“关系密切”的匿名自民党高层人士的话说，奥运会“一定会举行，即使在没有观众的情况下”。



Takaya told reporters at a news conference that such a topic related to the countermeasuresof the COVID-19 has to be addressed after thorough discussions among the key parties - thenational government, the Tokyo metropolitan government and Tokyo 2020 organizingcommittee. "This autumn onwards, we will have a meeting body attended by these threeparties, so we will see the outcome of this meeting body."

高谷在新闻发布会上对记者说：“这个话题与新冠肺炎的对策有关，必须由日本中央政府、东京都政府和东京奥组委三方深入讨论后才能得出结论。从今年秋天开始，这三方将组成一个委员会，我们到时将看到委员会磋商的结果。”
