The 12 most difficult questions you'll be asked on a job interview

Being prepared is half the battle.

1. Tell me about yourself.

Since this is often the opening question in an interview, be extracareful(adj.格外小心)that you don't run off at the mouth(滔滔不绝（但又说得都不重要）). Keep your answer to a minute or two at most(最多). Cover four topics: early years, education, work history, and recent career experience.

2. What do you know about our organization?

Let your answer show that you have taken the time to do some research, but don't overwhelm(v.压倒，制服) the interviewer, and make it clear that you wish to learn more.

You might start your answer in this manner: "In my job search, I've investigated a number of companies.Yours is one of the few that interests me, for these reasons..."

3. Why do you want to work for us?

Here, and throughout the interview, a good answer comes from having done your homework so that you can speak in terms of the company's needs. You might say that your research has shown that the company is doing things you would like to be involved with, and that it's doing them in ways that greatly interest you.

4. What can you do for us that someone else can't?

Here you have every right, and perhaps an obligation, to toot your own horn and be a bit egotistical(adj.自我的). Talk about your record of getting things done, and mention specifics from your resume or list of career accomplishments. Say that your skills and interests, combined with this history of getting results, make you valuable.

5. What do you find most attractive about this position? What seems least attractive about it?

List three or four attractive factors of the job, and mention a single, minor, unattractive item.

6. Why should we hire you?

Create your answer by thinking in terms of your ability, your experience, and your energy. (See question 4.)

4.你可以为我们完成哪些其他人做不到的事情？

这个问题上，你有权利或者是义务来自吹自擂。谈论一些你完成工作的记录，提到你简历中的具体之处，或者列出职业生涯中的成就。告诉别人让你有所价值的技能和兴趣，并且融入你历史所取得的成绩。

5.你觉得这个职位最吸引你的地方是什么？最不吸引你的地方又是什么？

列出3到4个这个工作吸引人的方面，然后提出一个简单的、不重要的、不吸引人的问题。

6.为什么我们应该雇佣你？

考虑你的能力，你的工作经历和你的干劲。(参见问题4)
